Welcome to the Think-Digital community! To ensure a respectful, engaging, and growth-driven environment, we’ve outlined a few key guidelines for everyone to follow. Let’s work together to make this space supportive, valuable, and fun for all members.
Our Core Values
These values guide everything we do:
Egoistic Non-Attachment
We let go of our own opinions and desires. We stay open-minded and flexible, always prioritizing what’s best for the whole group.
Respond, Don’t React
We take a moment to think before we reply. We remain calm and thoughtful, choosing our responses with care rather than reacting impulsively.
Listen to Understand
We listen intently when others speak. We give space for their views and respect their perspectives, creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
All for One, One for All
We’re a team! Let’s support each other, work together, and grow as a community.
What NOT to Do - (DON’Ts)
To keep this space positive, please avoid:
Blocking Conversations
Don’t take over discussions or ignore what others are saying. Always let ongoing conversations finish before starting a new one.
Refrain from sharing any links
Avoid sharing links directly in the group. Instead, start a conversation about the topic to engage members in meaningful discussions.
Once the topic is introduced and members are interested, share the relevant links with them individually. This ensures the exchange of information stays focused and relevant to those who need it.
Spamming or Advertising
No sharing any links in the Community Group.
Don’t promote products, services, or businesses.
Avoid chain messages (like “forward this to 10 people”).
Offensive or Disrespectful Content
Be kind and respectful. Avoid sharing anything that could hurt someone’s feelings or beliefs, such as:
Comments about someone’s gender, sexual orientation, or religion.
Mocking someone’s political views or personal beliefs.
Sharing content that’s rude, harmful, or inappropriate.
Disrespect Towards Personal Beliefs
Debates and discussions are encouraged, but they should be constructive and respectful.
It's important to respect other people's opinions and experiences, even if they're different from yours. Ignoring or dismissing someone's thoughts or feelings hurts the community and will not be allowed.
Sensitive or Traumatic Topics
Some topics can upset people. If you need to bring up something sensitive, be kind, careful, and thoughtful about others’ feelings.
How to Be a Positive Member - (DO’s)
Here’s how you can make this community better:
Share Opportunities
If you know about job openings, internships, or helpful events, let others know! But remember, don’t just forward links—start a discussion around it.
Enable Conversations
Share your thoughts and ask for others’ opinions. Respect different views, ask questions, and work together to learn new things.
How to invite, for any event?
When inviting people to events, keep it friendly and pressure-free. Let them know they’re welcome, but don’t make anyone feel forced to join.
Be Inclusive
Encourage and support diversity in all forms—be it background, experience, or opinions. Respect diversity and make sure everyone feels like they belong.
Give Helpful Feedback
If you’re giving feedback, be kind and clear. Share tips that help others improve instead of putting them down.
Important Note
Any repeated or Significant Violations of the above guidelines may result in removal from the group or community. In extreme cases, membership privileges may be revoked. These measures aim to ensure a respectful, safe, and growth-oriented environment for all members. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a positive community experience.
